1. Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms all tgether and browned them slightly for nice flavor.
2. Cook lentil, drain water, and mix with sauted onions, garlic and mushrooms. Then add sal, pepper, smoked paprika, a bit of chilli and oat.
3. Blend all together is strong blender. I did it in my Thermomix. Use a sppon to make the balls.
4. Put the balls in parchement paper and bake them in over until they get nice color on the temperature from 150-180*C depends how strong your oven is.
5. Meanwhile, on olive oil add chopped onions and garlic, saute until golden brown, add some salt, pepper, lots of basil dried and freshed, tomato sauce. Cook for about 20 min. You can add a bit of soya cooking cream but it's optional.
6. When everything is finished add balls in pan with tomato sauce, serve with smashed potato and enjoy.
