INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Crush the bananas with a fork or use a hand blender. 

2. Melt coconut oil. Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix well and use your hand to make a basket shape. 

3. Bake 15-20 min on 180*C and leave to cool down.

4. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, scald milk until bubbles from at edges.

5. Combine sugar, sornstarch, and a salt in a bowl then add the scalded milk, stirring until blended.

6. Return to double boiler and continue to cook  and stir until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon.

7. Cook for 10 minutes and remove from heat then cool and add vanilla.

8. Pour into the basket you baked and add chopped fruit of your choice. Enjoy.
