1. Soak the dates in warm water for at least 1 hour. Drain them and put them in a blender together with other ingredients for crust. It is important to blend it until everything is combined well. 

2. Press the mixture into a cake pan and place in the freezer for about an hour.

3. Cashew nuts soak in a cold water 5 hours. Then strain them and rinse under cold water. Dry them on a cloth. When you are done, put them in a blender and grind until it becomes a smooth mixture

4. Add coconut oil, agava syrup, banana, vanila and mix all together. 

5. Put the cream over the crust, decorate with strawberries. Keep the cake refrigerated.

6. If you want more strawberries kind of flavour you can add more in cream, it works both ways.
