1. Cut all the vegetables you want to use in rolls on small pieces, thin strips. 

2. I used carrots, peppers, avocado, white and purple cabbage, cucumber, betroot, coriander, sweet potato, green salad, lamb's lettuce. 

3. Soak the rice paper in warm water until soft, put your veggies on the beggining of your rice paper, fold sides inwards and roll until end.

4.Prepare your sauce, tahini, warm water, salt, peper and sqeezed lemon and mix it in blender. Cool down in fridge for a bit and serve.
