1. To prepare mixture, grind all ingredients into blender. When done, transfer it to a silicone baking tray (I use it for dehydrator).

2. Use a spatura to spread mixture evenly and place it to dehydrator to dry around 6-7 hours on a 40 *C.

3. When the mixture has dried, make your sendvich with tomatoes, avocado, some sprouts, salad.
