1. Place all vegetables(EXcept potatoes) on baking tray and bake until soft at about 20-30 min on 160-180*C. 

2. When done, place all vegetables in a pan, add cooked potato, and with hand mixer blend until smooth. Add some warm water and spices. 

3. Warm on hob, and cook for few minutes (2-3). Add soya cream, cook another minute or two. Serve with roasted almonds and pumpking seeds. 

4. Serve with toasted bread and enjoy.
