1. Mix all flour together, add salt, sugar, vanilla, baking powder  and warm milk. 

2. Whisk until well combined.

3. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tsp oil or butter and wait until warm enough.

4. Once the skillet is  heated, pour 1 big spoon of the pancake batter and slowly spread it over skillet. 

5. After pancake is nice gold color turn on the other side and bake a bit more.

6. Fill your pancake with your filling and enjoy.
