1. Heat the olive oil, add chopped garlic and onions. After 5 min approx. add some water.

2. Add chopped vegetables (celery, peppers, carrots), add tomato in tomato juice, chickpeas and haricot beans. 

3. Mix all together, add salt, peper, dried parsley and cooked all together in medium heat at about 1,5 h. 

4. Serve with toasted bread and some avocado.
