1. Finely chop the young onion and garlic.

2. Lightly  fry in a pan, add the pre-soaked soya minced meat (remove the liquid). 

3. Add finely chopped porcini mushrooms, cook gently and add other ingredients (make sure there is not much liquid inside).

4. When it is almost done leave it to cool and add pre-ground millet and 2 tbs of flaxseed which we put in a special cup with a couple of tsp of water.

5. Make balls of the mixture and place on baking paper and bake for about 10 min at a temperature of 175*C.

6. While baking, we will make tahini sauce: add tahini/ squeezed lemon juice/salt/garlic powder and warm water in a bowl, mix everything and put it aside.

7. When the balls are ready, serve with tahini sauce.
