1. Heat olive oil, add finelly chopped onions, galic, add some salt and pepper and saute until you've got nice brown gold color.
2. Add chopped vegetables, presoaked lentil and cook until lentil is nice and soft.
3. While cooking smashed potato so the soup become mid thick. Five min before finish add some soya cooking crem and cook for another minute.
4. Serve while warm and add some chopped parsley.
